We’re delivering the infrastructure behind sovereign AI compute — where data, intelligence, and innovation remain securely under our customer’s control.
We unify the foundational components of the AI infrastructure value chain — power, land, facilities, and compute — into purpose-built sovereign platforms that enable enterprises and public institutions to govern their data, compute, and AI workloads.
The AI Race Is Evolving.
The first era of AI was defined by foundation models. The next era will be defined by infrastructure.
As demand for AI accelerates, the limiting factor is no longer software. It is power, land, cooling, fiber, and dedicated compute. Organizations with the most demanding security and regulatory requirements need more than cloud capacity—they need infrastructure they govern.

Dedicated Infrastructure.
Customer driven, purpose-built AI integrating power, land, facilities, and compute at scale.

Sovereign Workloads.
Customer control over data, compute, and AI workloads through secure self-governance.

Lower Cost of Service.
Materially lower cost of service while eliminating the need for customer CAPEX.
Built for Sovereignty.
Not Shared Cloud.
Unlike hyperscale and neo-cloud providers that centralize and aggregate workloads on shared infrastructure, Lariat delivers dedicated infrastructure that provides organizations greater control over where data resides, how it is processed, and who governs it — enabling AI innovation without compromising security, governance, or operational independence.
| Hyperscalers | Lariat |
|---|---|
| Shared infrastructure | Dedicated environments |
| Provider governance | Customer governance |
| Global cloud regions | Local deployment |
| Shared capacity | Reserved compute |
| Consumption model | Infrastructure ownership model |
The Lariat Sovereign AI Platform
The AI race has moved below the model layer. We unify the foundational components of the sovereign AI economy.
ENERGY. CHIPS. INFRASTRUCTURE.
Energy
Every advance in artificial intelligence begins with energy. Before data is processed, models are trained, or insights are generated, power must be transformed into computation. As the demand for intelligence accelerates, energy becomes more than an input—it becomes the foundational resource that defines what is possible.

ENERGY. CHIPS. INFRASTRUCTURE.
Infrastructure
The infrastructure layer makes large-scale intelligence possible. By combining power, land, cooling, networking, and purpose-built facilities, these platforms coordinate vast amounts of compute into a single, integrated system. They are the industrial engines of the AI era—designed not to store information, but to create intelligence.

ENERGY. CHIPS. INFRASTRUCTURE.
Chips
The engine of the AI economy is the chip. These specialized processors transform power into intelligence, enabling the massive computational scale required by modern AI systems. As chip performance advances, the boundaries of what AI can achieve continue to expand.
Harness the full potential of AI without relinquishing control of your data, workflows, or strategic autonomy.
